You will be a vital part of our team, assisting clients in navigating our products and services while providing top-notch support in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and industry regulations. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. Document all interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate customer records. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to better assist customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial. Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or oil & gas sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
