This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for finance and are committed to providing outstanding customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to financial products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding financial services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide detailed information about financial products, rates, and special offers. Assist customers with account issues, changes, and transaction inquiries. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns. Stay informed about financial trends and regulatory changes to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or banking sector. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to handle sensitive information and customer inquiries with confidentiality and professionalism. Proactive problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and financial software applications.
