Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer interaction and a keen interest in food and beverage products. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they enjoy a seamless experience when dealing with our offerings. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries pertaining to food and beverage products, services, and order processes via phone, email, and live chat in Hebrew. Assist customers with product selection, availability, and nutritional information. Handle order placements, tracking, changes, and complaints efficiently. Provide exceptional service and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up as necessary. Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and sales, to ensure timely service delivery. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Experience in customer service, particularly in the food and beverage sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer skills. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
