This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate and dedicated to supporting patients and providers within the healthcare system. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in Hebrew, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support for their healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, and patient support through phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Guide patients through appointment scheduling and provide information on treatment options and healthcare resources. Address complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to enhance service delivery. Stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, especially in the healthcare field, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to customer interactions. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
