This role is perfectly suited for individuals who are passionate about travel and dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences. You will assist clients with inquiries related to travel accommodations, bookings, and tourism services, delivering exceptional service in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in Hebrew. Provide customers with information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines. Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests to enhance customer satisfaction. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously. Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide relevant information. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous customer service experience, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector is preferred. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM applications.
