Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and a dedication to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a smooth experience while utilizing various IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding IT services, products, and support via phone, email, and live chat in Hebrew. Provide technical assistance, guidance, and solutions to customers experiencing issues with software, hardware, and network services. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Stay informed about the latest IT trends, products, and services to better assist customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the IT industry. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to explain complex information clearly. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with IT support tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
