This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about logistics and committed to providing outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in Hebrew, helping them navigate their logistics needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipping, and supply chain solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Hebrew. Provide information regarding shipping options, transit times, and service regulations. Assist customers with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. Resolve complaints and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with operational teams to deliver real-time information and streamlined service. Stay informed about industry trends and service updates to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics management systems and CRM software is desirable.
