As a representative, you will assist clients and users with their inquiries, ensuring outstanding service and support. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services, including content access, subscriptions, and technical support, via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide clear information about platforms, services, and usage guidelines. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving service-related problems. Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with content and technical teams to enhance customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage diverse inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
