If you are passionate about sustainability and eager to provide excellent customer support, this position is tailored for you. As a representative, you will assist customers in understanding renewable energy solutions, all while delivering exceptional service in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, the benefits of renewable energy, and available options. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting energy-related issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience. Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and accurate information to customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
