Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce a vacancy for Hebrew Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the retail industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer support and have a passion for the retail sector. As a representative, you will help customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience, all while communicating effectively in Hebrew. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Provide assistance with order placements, tracking shipments, and processing returns. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with retail management systems and CRM applications is desirable. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
