This role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about providing exceptional customer support. In your role, you will engage with clients in Hebrew, assisting them with their telecommunications inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, including plans, devices, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Hebrew. Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and service modifications. Provide accurate information on product features, promotions, and service availability. Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer experience. Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers. Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications field, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
