Your Role As a Hebrew Speaking Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your language skills and customer-focused approach will help maintain strong relationships and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Hebrew with professionalism and accuracy. Assist customers by providing clear information and resolving their issues effectively. Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as required. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently. Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate assistance. Contribute to process improvements and team goals. Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
