KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, math or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of financial concepts and ability to analyze and interpret financial data preferred.
- Understanding of capital markets and securities regulations preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of personal computers and related software applications such as spreadsheets, word processing and the ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong ability with PowerPoint software and ability to create and edit presentation slides.
- Basic accounting knowledge to prepare, review and analyze budgets is desirable.
- Knowledge of general business practices and policies.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, written and listening skills to effectively communicate with all levels inside and outside of the organization, as well as convey complex information effectively and concisely.
