As a Helicopter Line Mechanic, you’ll support Life Link III’s mission by maintaining and repairing aircraft to the highest safety and regulatory standards. Your work ensures reliability, compliance, and readiness across our operations. Your Impact: Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft structures, mechanical, and electronic systems Ensuring all maintenance documentation meets Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and technical manuals Verifying part and serial number accuracy during component installation and removal Supporting our Safety Management System through active participation and continuous improvement Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment Identifying and correcting compliance or safety concerns Communicating aircraft status and maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command (PIC) Validating aircraft status reports and requesting parts to support operational readiness Your Qualifications: High School diploma or GED FAA A&P license in good standing 2–5 years of related aviation maintenance experience Minimum 2 years of rotorcraft experience as an A&P Mechanic FAR Part 135 experience (preferred) Factory airframe and/or powerplant training (preferred) ERP experience (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license Ownership of basic required maintenance tools Ability to live within one hour of the assigned base What We Offer: Base Pay Rate: $39.33 - $54.44 per hour, based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage starting the first of the month following date of hire Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer match 401k with employer match fully vested Generous paid leave and paid time off to foster work/life balance Life, disability, critical illness, and accident insurance Tuition/Training reimbursement program Why Join Life Link III? Responsibilities
The Helicopter Line Mechanic will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft structures, mechanical, and electronic systems to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.
