In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in ensuring the smooth execution of Fast/Fast NID onboarding, maintaining high data quality, reducing lead times, and supporting governance across systems and stakeholders. In addition, this role supports the team with workload distribution, quality assurance, onboarding of new team members, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction. What you’ll do Own and coordinate complex or priority Fast/Fast NID feasibility assessments, liaising with Suppliers, FSQA, HelloConnect and Culinary teams. Ensure end-to-end accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of NID data across systems Support ingredient propagation initiatives by proactively identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies Support the team with daily workload planning, task prioritization, and coverage for the Sourcing team Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to coordinators Support onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring consistent ways of working Maintain and oversee the Sourcing Jira Board (INTL & ANZ), ensuring dashboards and workflows are accurate and governance-ready Prepare and validate weekly and monthly performance reports on NID submissions, throughput, and bottlenecks Support documentation and standardization of SOPs, playbooks, and escalation paths Contribute to automation, tooling, or reporting enhancements What you’ll bring Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role Prior experience mentoring, guiding, or acting as a point of reference for peers Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite Solid experience with Jira and/or ticket-based workflow tools A high attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment Strong written and verbal communication skills.
