Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Medical Receptionist, you will manage patient appointments, handle enquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will be essential in coordinating clinic workflow and supporting both patients and healthcare staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling using clinic software
  • Answer phones promptly and handle enquiries efficiently
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • Process patient check-ins, registrations, and payments
  • Liaise with clinicians and other staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including referrals and reports
  • Support general administrative tasks to assist clinic staff
