Our eCommerce platform is at the heart of our customer interactions, and we are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Manager to optimize and elevate the site experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in eCommerce or digital experiences.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar or similar.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, site personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to drive measurable results.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Product Manager, Site Experience to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our eCommerce site experience. You will work cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to enhance usability, performance, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experience, data-driven decision-making, and driving measurable impact through site improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute the product roadmap for site experience, focusing on user engagement, navigation, and conversion optimization.
Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance UX/UI and overall site performance.
Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to implement features that improve customer journey and usability.
Analyze user behavior, site analytics, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement.
Ensure a seamless, mobile-first experience while optimizing performance across all devices.
Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to support promotional initiatives and campaign execution on-site.
Manage backlog and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
Monitor and improve key site performance metrics, including bounce rates, session duration, and checkout completion rates.
