YOUR ROLE

The purpose of this role is to contribute to a team of high performing consultants who are motivated to provide excellent customer service to our all-important customers via email, inbound and outbound phone interactions and other emerging channels.
We enter orders with accuracy and efficiency, we effectively operate for our dealers and are here to support them in any way we can. We are the conduit between our customers and internal departments like Operations, Sales, Marketing and the wider H&A Centre and we advocate on their behalf to get the best outcomes possible. Customer Support Consultants are trusted by our Dealers to provide the best outcomes possible as well as advice, support and assistance on all things B&D.

We are a fast paced, winning team who are looking for another superstar to join us, the main functions of the role are:

  • Generating measure and quote leads into our direct and dealer network
  • Troubleshooting all garage door and opener enquiries from basic to technical
  • Qualifying and scheduling service appointments into our direct and dealer network
  • Communicating via phone, email, social media, Salesforce cases and other exciting new initiatives across a broad range of enquiry
