Our UniQue Team is growing and in our team, we are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our team! What will you be bringing to the team? User Account Management Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 licensing for users Configure and manage email accounts using Exchange Online Administer SharePoint sites and libraries Set up and manage Microsoft Teams channels and settings Support and Troubleshooting Provide technical support to end-users for Microsoft 365 applications What do you need to succeed in this position? Responsibilities
The Help Desk Administrator will manage user accounts, monitor Microsoft 365 licensing, and provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications. Responsibilities also include configuring email accounts and administering SharePoint sites.
