  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to students using Microsoft Teams
  • Independently manage various administrative duties to support campus operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all students
  • Assist in maintaining organized records, documentation, and internal communication
