We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional technical support, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Responsibilities
  • Support VSP’s background check program by assisting employers with setting up and maintaining their VSP accounts.
  • Verify employer eligibility for a VSP account and ensure proper account setup and configuration.
  • Create and manage user accounts for employers, ensuring they have access to the VSP ePortal.
  • Assist employers with user access issues, providing support for login, permissions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Update employer account and user information as needed, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with employers via email, phone, and other means to resolve account-related inquiries or issues.
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of account or access-related problems and implement solutions.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, ensuring employers have the tools and knowledge to utilize the background check program effectively.
  • Document all support interactions, account changes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and reporting.
  • Maintain proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) to assist with account management and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues related to employer accounts and background check processes.
  • Adhere to VSP’s policies and procedures while providing support to employers and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
