Description:

We are looking for a proficient Help Desk Analyst III to join our team in New York, New York. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our IT department, providing both remote and in-person troubleshooting for various software and hardware issues. This role will also involve managing office IT equipment and administering Office 365, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Use ticketing software to log and track issues.
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues both remotely and on-site.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate their IT setup.
  • Manage and maintain office IT equipment ensuring its optimal operation.
  • Administer and manage Office 365 for all employees.
  • Ensure proficiency in Windows 10 / 11 for smooth operation.
  • Deploy software using SCCM / InTune as needed.
  • Provide support for ‘Citrix Technologies’, ‘Database’, ‘EO/IR systems’, ‘Lotus Notes’, and ‘Microsoft’.
  • Manage ‘Active Directory’ and ‘Computer Hardware’ configurations.
  • Provide ‘Deskside Support’ and manage ‘Desktop Hardware’.
  • Proficient in Citrix Technologies
  • Experience with Database management
  • Working knowledge of EO/IR systems
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Understanding of Computer Hardware
  • Expertise in Configuration Management
  • Experience in Deskside Support
  • Knowledge of Desktop Hardware
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
