SUMMARY:

Seeking a full-time Help Desk/Desktop Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and related hardware/software.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years in help desk/desktop support & hardware troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, remote support.
  • Basic networking knowledge & help desk ticketing systems.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, monitors, MS Office).
  • Support Windows 10/11, Office 365, and remote users.
  • Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and assist with refresh upgrades.
