Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network related issues
  • Respond to help desk tickets and prioritize based on urgency and impact
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for common problems
  • Assist with software installations and upgrades

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
