We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in North York, Ontario. As part of this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless IT support for our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a high-performing support environment.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.
  • Set up new staff accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding with proper hardware and software configurations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving technical problems.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Maintain and manage Active Directory accounts, ensuring accurate user permissions and security protocols.
  • Provide support for Apple and Android devices, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with hardware deployments, including system imaging and configuration.
  • Collaborate with team members to document and refine technical support processes.
  • Support Mac and Windows environments, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and fully functional.
  • Proven experience with Android and Apple device support, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in managing Active Directory, including user accounts and security settings.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hardware configuration and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of configuration management tools and practices.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
