We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Analyst to provide our client essential IT support during a critical back-to-school period. This is a 3-month contract position that will work on-site in Foothills, Alberta, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap left by a departing team member, ensuring seamless technical operations as the organization prepares for the busy fall season.

Deploy hardware and onboard new staff, including training and user account setup in Active Directory
Provide technical support for individual office printers
Troubleshoot Tier 1 software issues and provide general technical assistance
Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies
Assist with network cabling tasks alongside senior IT staff
Support final phases of summer system upgrades
