• Providing primary support for a variety of Trinus clients via phone, email and remote support tools.
• Contributing to the creation of process best practices and IT standards.
• Supporting peers during large scale IT project deployments.
• Monitoring and maintaining a diverse set of IT equipment and networks.

The working hours for this position are 8AM to 5PM Monday-Friday with the ability to work some weekends or holidays if required.
