JOB OVERVIEW

The Helpdesk Analyst will provide on-site Tier 1 IT support at the primary campus location and remote support for additional sites. This includes troubleshooting and maintaining classroom audio-visual systems, computing equipment, enterprise applications, and campus-specific software. The role covers help desk ticket resolution, in-person technical assistance, Azure AD/Teams support, and proactive maintenance for both hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide help desk ticket support (on-site for primary location, remote for other sites).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain classroom AV equipment and computing systems.
  • Perform in-person IT support for faculty, staff, and students at the main site.
  • Administer and support Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, and other enterprise tools.
  • Install, configure, and replace computers, software, and lab equipment.
  • Perform desktop and laptop repairs, updates, and proactive maintenance.
  • Support and maintain location-specific software and services.
  • Assist users in proper use of lab equipment and applications.
  • Document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for technology improvements.
