SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 0-3 years of relevant IT experience
  • Associate’s degree or completion of relevant coursework at a technical school
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, programming languages, firewalls and routers
  • Familiarity with common technical issues that can arise with Microsoft Office etc.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needs
  • Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs
