The Help Desk Assistant is the first point of contact for camp residents and facility users, responsible for cash collection, facility bookings and registrations, and coordinating with third-party service providers and the Finance team. The role ensures accurate handling of payments, contracts, and complaints registration to support smooth day-to-day operations of camp facilities.

Handle all cash collection in line with finance procedures.
Conduct third party room inspections.
