Description Choisys Technology is seeking a Help Desk professional with the following skills to support a DoD customer in Fort Eustis, VA. This position requires 2 days per week in the office, with the potential for more days if mission demands. Positive customer service attitude and working knowledge of computer systems are two essential qualities required for the Help Desk position at the Army Training Support Center-Lifelong Learning Center (ATSC-LLC) Blackboard. You will be responsible for: Coordinating internal trouble tickets with the engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and the technical team as they seek resolution for complex issues Act as liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers; Answering Help Desk calls; Responding to ATHD-AESMP tickets Assist with Bb101 Enrollment processing; Perform Touch Point data formatting; Perform Monthly and adhoc Report formatting Requirements 2 years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area Windows 10 experience Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification within 6 months of start date Secret clearance is preferred but must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation Choisys is a proud Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a SBA certified 8(a) Business Development Program participant.
