HELP DESK / NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Geneva Technologies Inc. (GTI) is seeking a Junior Network Administrators to become an integral part of our small aerospace engineering product team! This broad based, hands-on, position requires intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle ill-defined problems with solid engineering practices.
Qualifications:
An ideal candidate will assist and support engineering staff to resolve day-to-day computer issues, prepare and deploy computers, support network & cloud infrastructure in a learning environment.
This position requires preparing, installing, and supporting on-premise hardware and software as well as cloud-based infrastructure, including cloud formation, VPN configuration, setup, and management. The ideal candidate will ensure security through best-practices, including coordination and execution of penetration testing.

This candidate will support the execution of projects such as:

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade and protect local and cloud-based network infrastructure including LAN, WAN & VOIP Phone
• Configure hardware and software for desktops, laptops, servers, and HPC devices, across Windows, Linux, and other operating systems
• Assist in implementation of security protocols and NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance

Education/Experience:

• Information Technology/Systems training and related certifications
• 0 to 5 years of experience

Qualifications:

• Experience with computer/network security, Wireshark / Network troubleshooting
• Security+, A+, NIST800-171, CMMC policy experience a plus
• JumpCloud DaaS, AWS, PowerShell, Google Workspace, Check Point, Cisco
• Some travel required, less than 5%
• Exceptional attention to detail
• US Citizen is required, Security clearance a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
