We’re looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our IT & Operations team and become the go-to person for tech support at ONE ZERO. This role is all about solving problems quickly, delivering excellent internal service, and keeping our tech operations running smoothly across sites. You'll work hands-on with cutting-edge tools and help create a seamless digital workspace for everyone in the company. מי אנחנו? null Your Day-to-Day Provide day-to-day IT support via in-person, email, and ticketing systems Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network Maintain and optimize user devices, systems, and network infrastructure Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and automation Administer MDM platforms to manage and secure devices across multiple locations Identify and escalate urgent technical issues when needed Train users and act as an internal tech consultant to improve IT experience Evaluate and adopt new tools and practices to streamline IT operations מה מחכה לך? null Requirements 1+ year of experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles Service-oriented mindset and strong troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills, both in Hebrew and English Experience with macOS and Windows environments Hands-on experience with IT tools: Jamf, Azure, Active Directory, Okta, Office 365, Google Workspace Solid understanding of networking basics: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS Knowledge of information security principles and best practices Proactive approach and strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies למי זה מתאים? null Advantages Experience supporting IT operations in fast-paced or regulated environments Familiarity with automation tools for IT workflows Prior involvement in scaling IT infrastructure in growing companies מה כולל התפקיד? null ONE ZERO: The Future Is Now null ONE ZERO: העתיד כבר כאן null
