abra is looking for a Help Desk Representative to join our technical support team. About the Role As part of a 24/7 global support operation, you will provide first-line assistance to users worldwide and take responsibility for key operational tasks, including: First-level troubleshooting and technical support User onboarding/offboarding and permission management Managing AD accounts, groups, and Exchange mailboxes Monitoring organizational processes (onboarding, mobility, access) Creating reports and writing basic scripts Collaborating closely with the Infrastructure and IT teams Requirements 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / Help Desk Solid experience with Active Directory and Exchange High-level English (most communication is in English) Experience working in an organizational/enterprise environment
