OVERVIEW:

Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and conference room AV support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years IT support experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, SCCM, Intune.
  • Customer service and troubleshooting skills required.
  • CompTIA A+/Net+ preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Resolve helpdesk tickets and escalate as needed.
  • Install/configure laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support workstation imaging, mobile device setup, and software issues.
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation and patching.
  • Provide desk-side and remote support for 500+ users.
