Responsibilities
  • Being able to provide first-level technical support to our employees (end-users) via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support as necessary.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees.
  • Work independently and part of a hard-working team to resolve IT issues, adhering to policies, creating a safe, risk adverse environment for staff.
