Overview:
Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a highly experienced Help Desk Supervisor in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to join our team.
The pay range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 annually.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• AA or BS/BA in relevant field or 4 + years Military electronics electrical systems experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience required in IT networking and network operation maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in control systems as a lead technical support engineer.
• Strong knowledge of network devices, PC’s, servers, VMWare, and platform operating systems, Knowledge of hardware and software evaluation principles and practice.
• Certifications- CompTIA, MOS, MCSE, MCSD, CCNA, CCNP, ISACA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CSX, EC, CISSP, GIAC, VMWare, AWS, HDI, ITIL, OCP, SAP HANA 1.0 M – SQL, CCIE or equivalent.
• Valid California Class C Drivers license.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
• Maintain the overall logical, technical, and IT architecture for PTC (BOS, MDM, ITCM, ITCSM, KES, WSRS), CAD, and other train control systems and network components.
• Assisting staff and end-users and resolving computer problems with Wabtec CAD, BOS, MDM, KES, and WSRS implementations.
• Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
