We are seeking a talented Help Desk Support Technician to join our Virtual DBS team. This remote position will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations. QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE PAY RANGE FOR THIS ROLE IS:
