Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Helpdesk Support Technician Tier 2 for our Columbus, OH location. Despite our growth, we have stayed true to our family-owned and operated roots—where employees are recognized as individuals and our culture remains a top priority.   Responsibilities * Responsible for addressing technology related issues for both internal and external customers. * Providing exceptional support and issue resolution across the organization * Installs, supports, and maintains the operation of the PC's, MSTARS, all peripherals, and applications for all end users. * Uses helpdesk software that provides the means to document issues with all information pertinent to issue reporting and resolution. Qualifications * A+ and N+ Certifications or plan to achieve within 12 months. * Experience in Windows 10 desktop administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Experience with Windows Active Directory administration, Microsoft Exchange User administration, client remote access solutions, and telecom administration. * Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, other internal personnel, and outside vendors. * Ability to handle contiguous calls for extended periods of time.
