We are currently seeking a skilled, customer service focused, IT Helpdesk technician for a temp to perm position. This position offers the chance to work in support of large scale projects and build a good base of experience in IT. The ideal candidate would have a people focused mentality and be excellent IT troubleshooters.
*Must have recent IT Helpdesk experience*************

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Active Directory experience working with accounts; creation, memberships and password resets.
· Strong knowledge and troubleshooting of the following: Windows OS XP and 7, MS Office
· Excellent communication and customer service
· Ability to resolve complex technical issues for end users
Bachelor degree is highly preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Responsibilities

· Active Directory password resets, account creation and adding memberships.
· Handling incoming work orders, emails, and phone calls in an enterprise environment.
· Utilizing remote access, troubleshoot and install various applications.
· Windows OS troubleshooting and assistance.
· Assisting users with account setup, data backups, and general usage of desktop and laptop PC’s.
· Troubleshooting VPN and connectivity issues.
