Key Responsibilities Help Desk Support (60%) ● Respond to user tickets for technical issues ● Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and mobile device problems ● Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook) as part of daily user assistance ● Laptop hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics ● Provide remote support using ScreenConnect ● Document solutions in the Freshservice ticketing system Microsoft 365 Administration (30%) ● User account creation/modification in Entra ID (Azure AD) ● Basic Exchange Online mailbox administration ● SharePoint permissions and access management ● Microsoft Teams administration ● Security and distribution group management Hardware Support (10%) ● Hardware inventory management and asset tracking ● Basic network troubleshooting for Meraki firewalls ● Aruba Instant On switch and wireless AP support Required Qualifications ● Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience (1-2 years) ● Microsoft 365 administration experience ● Windows desktop support experience ● Strong customer service skills ● Basic PowerShell knowledge preferred ● Ability to work across US/Canada time zones Technical Environment ● Cloud:
