Description We’re not like other IT organizations. Neither is our Help Desk. You’ll need to support thousands of iOS devices, Windows workstations and tablets, Android devices, Macs and networking equipment from a distance. Responsibilities: - Support multiple clients with diverse IT environments. - Provide superior end user support via phone, email, and other internet-driven magic. - Handle escalated help desk tickets and troubleshoot more complex issues. - Configure and support software applications and cloud services. - Collaborate with onsite technicians to resolve user issues. - Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. - Provide paid on-call escalation for your selection of four weeks per calendar year. Qualifications: - 2-4 years of IT support experience. - Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, and cloud platforms. - Experience with MDM, Identity Management, and SaaS applications. - Strong documentation and process improvement skills. Preferred Skills: - ITIL certification or equivalent experience. - Experience with MDM and RMM tools and scripting. - Prior experience in a multi-client MSP environment. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. Minimal travel may be required. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, with occasional 80’s music. And folks with mechanical keyboards typing.
