Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk - level 2 technician to join our team in El Paso, TX. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our organization’s computer systems and networks. You will ensure the stable operation of these systems and networks, as well as provide technical support to our end users.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain Federal Government security clearance
  • DOJ experience highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Security+
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365/Azure office automation environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
