Job Overview
We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team and provide technical support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or in person
- Provide support for software applications, hardware, and network-related problems
- Utilize ticketing system to track and document support requests
- Assist with desktop support including software installations, updates, and configurations
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain knowledge base articles for common technical problems
Requirements
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and operating systems
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with Office suite, SCCM, and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN technologies
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly
