PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS WILL BE NECESSARY UPON JOINING OUR TEAM:

  • MSP and/or MSSP experience
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in information technology/technical support
  • Understanding of domains, firewalls, switches, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Self motivation
  • Working knowledge of various technologies:
  • Microsoft Office 2010-2016
  • Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP – 10)
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Mobile devices (OS/Android)
  • Backup Solutions – StorageCraft, Barracuda, Acronis, Backup Exec
Responsibilities
  • Providing technician support, including troubleshooting and/or investigating issues quickly for our clients.
  • Handling the support ticket queue while keeping the SLA in mind to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Repairing hardware and software failures and working as a liaison with third-party technology vendors.
  • Installing hardware and software, as well as monitoring backups to ensure environments run smoothly.
