The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical IT issues globally, with high-level permissions to the organization’s platforms, including Office 365, and other related systems. Responsibilities Leading tech solution to end users in all aspects (Windows 10/11, operating systems, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems, etc) Provide day-to-day support and response to service incidents Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and remotely) A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users Technical skills with the SharePoint platform Requirements Required education and experience 1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system Proficiency in English is required Required qualification Multi-tasking capabilities Excellent communication skills Technical Orientation, ability to learn quickly and independently
