Description
Overview & Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Helpdesk team as an administrator with a bias to financial processes. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial operations of the department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of finance-related tasks to drive up efficient cost recovery. Additionally, this is a key role in supporting providing general administration support services for the business. Performance Metrics Invoice Processing Accuracy - Percentage of invoices receipted correctly and matched to POs without errors Query Resolution Time - Average time taken to resolve invoice-related queries, with targets set for timely supplier and stakeholder communication. Timeliness and accuracy of PO updates to support monthly accruals and budget forecasting. Efficient administration of support services ensuring accurate fleet administration, effective administration of training and people provisions, processing of orders for office consumables, equipment and servicing, and other administrative duties required to support the needs of the business. Main Duties of the Role: Receipting invoices and ensuring alignment with purchase orders. Resolving invoice queries by liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and the finance department. Managing purchase orders (POs) to support accurate accruals and budget tracking Supporting the Helpdesk team General office administration including but not limited to fleet administration, training and onboarding provisions, office equipment, ordering and coordination of servicing.
