We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our friendly office team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth scheduling of jobs and excellent communication between clients, engineers, and the wider team.
THE ROLE
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming helpdesk queries, logging jobs, scheduling engineers, and keeping clients updated. Working closely with our Small Works & Testing division, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.
