We are a growing, dynamic electrical contracting company based in Chipping Sodbury, delivering high-quality electrical solutions across small works, testing, and larger-scale projects.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our friendly office team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth scheduling of jobs and excellent communication between clients, engineers, and the wider team.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

You will be the first point of contact for all incoming helpdesk queries, logging jobs, scheduling engineers, and keeping clients updated. Working closely with our Small Works & Testing division, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly day-to-day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming calls and emails for reactive and scheduled works
  • Log jobs and update CRM/job management system
  • Schedule engineers and manage their daily workloads
  • Liaise with clients regarding access, appointments, and updates
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
  • Produce and send job completion reports and certificates
  • Assist with document control, RAMS, and compliance tracking
  • Support the admin and finance team as required
