HELPDESK OPERATIVE - PLANNING EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL

LBS are a roller shutter company based in Dagenham and we are looking for an experienced administrator to work in our busy Reactive service Desk. The right candidate will be confident on the phone, have excellent administration skills, a minimum of 60 wpm typing speed and good planning abilities. Previous service desk experience would be an advantage.
You will be logging and updating jobs on our system, answering phones, processing and chasing paperwork, booking in jobs/out off hours work with the customer/facilities companies, liaising with sub-contractors for ETA’s, updates and their paperwork, hiring plant, editing RAM’s, raising permits, and assisting the rest of the team when needed. Scheduling engineers and managing their daily workload is a major part of this role. You will receive full training on our system where we log all the jobs, attach photos and emails/correspondence, note all activities, place orders with suppliers and keep the jobs running like clockwork.
Hours are 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Thursday and 8.00 am - 5.00 pm Fridays
(Retail customer service experience is not suitable for this position)
