ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As our Helpdesk Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all maintenance-related queries. You’ll manage and coordinate tasks um, ensuring jobs are completed within contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities will also include supporting procurement, maintaining accurate records, and producing reports for senior management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helpdesk Management:
  • Log and monitor maintenance requests (emergency, urgent, routine)
  • Allocate tasks to internal teams and external contractors
  • Ensure all work is completed within SLA timelines
  • Maintain and cleanse data for system accuracy
